Project Cancellation
If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion. Once development or service delivery has commenced, refunds will not be provided for completed work or time already invested.
Digital Services
Since our services involve custom digital solutions and professional expertise, completed milestones, consultations, and delivered work are non-refundable.
Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, incomplete information, or failure to provide required project materials.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any refund request due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Payments
Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may affect project timelines or result in temporary suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
